Can ATO forms be signed electronically?
Answer
Some ATO forms (such as the "ATO SMSF Change of Trustee" form) should be "wet-ink" signed (manually signed).
When sending these documents, they will still be included in the package sent via electronic signing, however you will see there is no option to electronically sign these pages. Therefore the client will need to print and sign this section of the document package.
