The previous accountant provided the wrong date of birth for one of the officeholders. Which ASIC form do I need to lodge to update it?

Answer

You will need to prepare a Form 492 (Mistake Correction) form to correct the date of birth.

Note: If the officeholder was appointed during the company registration, the Form 492 needs to be lodged via mail as per ASIC rule.
