The NowInfinity Customer Success Team offers a Customer Success Program at no additional cost.

Note: The program is only available to eligible Corporate Messenger or Subscription customers with ASIC connected, as Corporate Messenger is a core topic of the program.

Some areas our team can assist with include the following:

  • Providing feedback on best practice regarding your NowInfinity processes and settings
  • Identifying key training areas for users on your account
  • Introducing you to NowInfinity’s feedback portal: Aha! to create and vote for ideas and improve your NowInfinity experience

If you are interested in participating in our Customer Success Program, our team will generate a Health Check Report highlighting potential areas of improvement for your account.

Next step is to meet (online) for a Health Check Meeting to elaborate on your report and have a discussion around your processes and how you could potentially improve your workflow using the NowInfinity platform.

To finalise the program, we will provide a Success Report to outline all areas discussed during the meeting.
