Can we restrict users from accessing certain Companies, Trusts or Superfund profiles?
Answer
Yes. The primary contact (as recorded under Menu > Portal > Portal Settings > Account Primary Contact) will need to contact support at info@nowinfinity.com.au with a list of the entities you want restricted and the names and email addresses of the users who will have exclusive access.
Once this has been received, the access permissions for those users will be updated on your behalf and the exclusive users will be the only users who can access these particular entities.
Anyone who does not have access permission, will not be able to search for the entity in the platform.
