Rejection Code V165 - Referring to Signatory issues

Rejection error : V165 Signatory was not an authorised person at the date of signing Signatory Name

This rejection can occur for the following reasons:

- The person signing the form is not recorded by ASIC as a current Officer of the Company

- Details for the Officer do not match with the existing ASIC database. 

Suggestions: 

- Check for the name format/ spelling errors as per the original Officer appointment with ASIC

- Try to change the signatory of the form

- Try to lodge the form directly through the registered agent portal
