Does a new Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) deed need to be stamped?

Question

Do I need to have a new SMSF deed stamped?

Answer

This varies from state to state. As at June 2015 the only jurisdictions in Australia that require stamping are Tasmania and the Northern Territory.

NowInfinity does not currently provide this service as the stamping for these jurisdictions can only be completed by the respective government bodies.
