We are taking this opportunity to review all our legal document templates, incorporate the best features from our prior acquisitions of Smartcorp, Reckon Docs and now Topdocs, and deliver to our clients the 'best-in-industry' set of legal document templates. Any updates to our templates will be communicated to you via our newsletters and release notes.

Legal guidance on our legal templates is provided by our external legal provider. Accordingly, a review of the Topdocs' legal templates will be undertaken and their recommendations will be absolute for any changes to the existing NowInfinity templates, to incorporate any features of the Topdocs templates.

What is the current process if I require Client Legal Advice today?

NowInfinity, whilst providing legal document solutions (which are licensed and maintained by our external legal providers), do not have an in-house legal team which can provide a custom legal document solution or legal advice service that are client specific and are are not "general advice" in nature.

If you require a client legal advice service, a request in writing can be send to our Technical Compliance Team via email on legal@nowinfinity.com.au. Your request will be reviewed and if a legal opinion is required, will be referred to our external legal provider DGF Morgan & Associates on a fee for service basis.

DGF Morgan will then contact you directly via email providing you with a quote and cost agreement for their bespoke service for your acceptance. Please note that dependent on capacity a response will be sent within 48 hours.

The cost agreement must be signed and returned before DGF Morgan can proceed with the legal service.

Note: NowInfinity accounts will issue a tax invoice once the service has been finalised.
