Will my documents change if I change from Topdocs to NowInfinity?

NowInfinity's platform utilises legal templates that are licensed from Denis Barlin (Tax Barrister) and reviewed by DGF Morgan & Associates (external legal provider). Our templates can be used to prepare any amendments, variations or updates for non-NowInfinity documents (including Topdocs documents).

Furthermore, as a Topdocs client, you can continue to use your existing establishment documents, without any requirement to update to NowInfinity templates in order to utilise any future services.

NowInfinity is well equipped to deliver on the vast majority of documents and services that are available through the Topdocs portal. These may be presented in a different format.

Once migrated, we encourage you to explore NowInfinity's Pay as You Go Documentation Suite where you will have instant access to 70+ legal templates, as well as, an experienced legal team in DGF Morgan & Associates.

Can I brand my documents?

Documents prepared on the platform can be customised to include your business logo and footer displayed on the front page. However, the NowInfinity logo will display on the hard copy folder if the printing option is selected.

Can I change the share class on the NowInfinity company constitution?

The NowInfinity constitution template caters for a wide variety of share classes which meet the requirements of the Corporations Act. You can contact our Customer Service Team to obtain a sample on 1300 851 057 (option 3) or email info@nowinfinity.com.au

However if any specific share classes are required, our client legal advice service can provide a bespoke service to prepare a custom constitution on a fee for service basis.

Please note: Our external legal provider is currently in the process of reviewing and updating our Constitution and therefore an update is scheduled for release in December which will provide an update to the range of share classes.
