Will Topdocs still be available going forward or is the plan to migrate clients to the NowInfinity platform? 

The Topdocs platform will be decommissioned on the 30 November 2021. The plan is to migrate all clients to the NowInfinity platform.  

How can I opt out of the migration from Topdocs to NowInfinity/Class? Can I continue to use Topdocs?

You can contact the NowInfinity Customer Service team via email on support@nowinfinity.com.au to confirm you would like to be excluded from the migration. 

Once your opt out is confirmed, you can continue to use Topdocs until 30 November 2021. After this date, the Topdocs platform will be decommissioned and you will no longer have access.

What historical information will be migrated when I move to NowInfinity?

All documents purchased within the NowInfinity platform are available within the timeline of each client profile which can be accessed as and when required without the need to contact Support.

In terms of the historical documentation within the Topdocs platform, this can be provided on request by our Support team although there will be a delayed turnaround due to the requirement to retrieve the document from external archives.

Will I lose access to Topdocs when I am migrated to NowInfinity?

The Topdocs platform will cease to be available once you are migrated to NowInfinity. 

Starting from October and throughout November, we will be migrating accounts from Topdocs to NowInfinity.  As and when your account is migrated:

1) You will receive an activation email from NowInfinity to setup your password;

2) You will see an information banner popping up when logged onto Topdocs; and

3) Access to ordering documents on Topdocs platform will be restricted.

You can continue to order documents on Topdocs until we migrate your account over, or if you have opted out from moving across to NowInfinity until 30 November 2021. 

I would like to start using NowInfinity before the formal migration, what do I need to do?

If you would like to join NowInfinity prior to your migration date, then we encourage you to contact us on 1300 851 057 (Option 3) or email support@nowinfinity.com.au and provide us with some basic details so we can arrange access to your new account. 

Our Documentation Suite is available to you on a Pay as You Go (PAYG) basis and there is no requirement to pay a subscription fee. 

NowInfinity’s document platform sits at the core of the NowInfinity eco-system and once your account has been migrated, you will have access to over 70 legal documents as you need.

All our documents have been through a thorough legal review and drafting process and are able to be branded to suit your business. 

Tools like electronic signing to finalise documents and communicate with your clients in real time are available to you on a PAYG account also.
