Will there be pricing changes?

Will there be pricing changes?

In the main, NowInfinity's fees are generally lower than Topdocs, as well as offering a broader range of products. Whilst overall fees will most likely decrease, it will ultimately depend on what Topdocs products you currently use. 

The most commonly used Topdocs documents (particularly most of the SMSF and company documents) are cheaper in NowInfinity. A summary of our document fees can be found at Pricing & Packages.

NowInfinity also include electronic signature capability inclusive of the document prices listed on our website. 

Similar to Topdocs, NowInfinity offers legal templates you can purchase on an individual, pay as you go, basis. No contract or ongoing obligation. You simply add you credit card details and select the template you wish to purchase. You may choose to enter into a new subscription package which offers a suitable number of company registrations, documents and companies under management for a set monthly price, which reflects the needs of your practice.

Do I need to pay for a subscription at NowInfinity?

Our Documentation Suite is available to you on a Pay as You Go (PAYG) basis and there is no requirement to pay a subscription fee. 

There are also optional subscription packages which may be better suited to those high volume users. For more information, please contact our Account Management team on accountmanagement@class.com.au.

I would like more information on your corporate compliance solution and/or subscriptions. Who can I speak with?

The key features and benefits of NowInfinity's corporate compliance Solution, Corporate Messenger, are:

  • Manage corporate affairs including Annual Statements, ASIC forms and statutory registers;
  • Track and electronically sign company minutes including Solvency minutes with​ DocuSign (no need to bring your own license); 
  • Automatic reminders so your clients are always up-to-date with payments and any deadlines.
  • Regular sync with ASIC and streamlined workflows ensures your clients never miss a deadline and avoid penalties.

Is there a cooling off period?

Subscriptions are for an initial 12-month period and then month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel; there is no cooling off period. Corporate Messenger is month-to-month with no initial 12-month term. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information

Can you invoice me with payment details? I don't want to leave you with my bank/card details and also don't want to pay merchant fees

All payments for Documentation Suite and/or Corporate Messenger are via direct debit or credit card only. 

Do you offer an account for payment i.e. seven or thirty days?

Payment for documents ordered within the NowInfinity platform is made at time of order. You can purchase these documents via a credit card, which can be conveniently saved within the portal, or by direct debit. To pay for documents via direct debit you will need to complete the attached form and return to accounts@nowinfinity.com.au for this setting to be activated.

Do I need to pay for a subscription fee for NowInfinity? I only want to pay for documents as I require them

Our Documentation Suite is available to you on a Pay as You Go (PAYG) basis and there is no requirement to pay a subscription fee. 

NowInfinity’s document platform sits at the core of the NowInfinity eco-system and once your account has been migrated, you will have access to over 70 legal documents as you need.

All our documents have been through a thorough legal review and drafting process and are able to be branded to suit your business. 

Tools like electronic signing to finalise documents and communicate with your clients in real time are available to you on a PAYG account also.
