What are the Annexures used for in Unit Trust Deeds?

Question

What are the Annexure pages used for in Unit Trust Deeds, and do they need to be signed?

Answer

At the end of the NowInfinity Unit Trust deeds, you will find Annexures A, B, C and D.

  • Annexure A contains the Register of Unit Holders. This is the list of the Unit Holders selected at the time the Trust was ordered.
  • Annexures B, C and D are "extra" pages, should the client wish to add more Unit Holders in the future. These pages do not need to be signed when then Trust Establishment deed is signed.
