What do I need to do?

There is no need to do anything until you hear from us directly. It's business as usual. Keep a look out for email updates to help you make the most of the expanded service range and options available. We will reach out with more information.

Will my fees go up?

In the main, NowInfinity's fees are generally lower than Reckon Docs, as well as offering a broader range of products. Whilst overall fees will most likely decrease, it will ultimately depend on what Reckon Docs' products you currently use. Similar to Reckon Docs, NowInfinity offers legal templates you can purchase on an individual, pay as you go, basis. No contract or ongoing obligation. You simply add you credit card details and select the template you wish to purchase.

You may choose to enter into a new subscription package which offers a suitable number of company registrations, documents and companies under management for a set monthly price, which reflects the needs of your practice. Further details regarding our subscription packages can be viewed on the Class and NowInfinity websites.

Who will I contact if I have any questions? Will my support services change?

The current Reckon Docs Customer Support Team will continue to support the Reckon Docs product. Any immediate support queries should continue to be directed to the Reckon Docs Customer Support Team.

Over the coming weeks and months, our NowInfinity Support Team will be working closely with the Reckon Docs Support Team to ensure your support requirements continue to be met and you get the full benefit of the acquisition.

Where are the Support Teams located?

Our Support teams are all based locally to offer high levels of customer care.

Our NowInfinity Support Team are located in Bundall, Queensland (Gold Coast) and our Reckon Docs and Class Support Teams are located in Sydney.

Questions regarding documents

Does this mean my document fees will increase?

The most commonly used Reckon Docs' documents (particularly most of the SMSF and company documents) are cheaper in NowInfinity . A summary of  our document fees can be found at Pricing & Packages.

NowInfinity also includes digital signature capability inclusive of the document prices listed on our website.

Will my documents change if I change from Reckon Docs to NowInfinity?

Our NowInfinity documents are different to the Reckon Docs documents as they were provided by different legal providers. We can make our legal services available to you, who can go through any concerns you may have.

Are the NowInfinity documents better than the Reckon Docs documents?

We have more than 70 different documents available on the NowInfinity platform. Whilst the documents you are used to in Reckon Docs will have differences to the NowInfinity documents, our legal services are available to go through any concerns you may have.

Can printing be branded?

Documents can be customised with your logo and footer displayed on the front page. The NowInfinity logo does however display on the hard copy folder if printing is ordered.
