Who is Class?

We are Australia’s pioneer in cloud-based wealth accounting.  We launched Australia’s first cloud based SMSF administration solution, Class Super.

Today, we are listed on the ASX, with solutions including Class Trust, the industry’s first trust accounting solution, as well as Class Portfolio, an investment portfolio management solution.
We have also expanded into legal documentation and corporate compliance with the NowInfinity platform.

At present, more than 3,500 practices of accountants, administrators and advisers depend on us to drive business automation, increase profitability, and help deliver better client services.

Why did Class acquire Reckon Docs?

The Reckon Docs business aligns perfectly with us, here at Class.

In 2020, Class made two acquisitions, bringing NowInfinity and Smartcorp into the business. The onboarding of Reckon Docs into NowInfinity will accelerate the role Class will play in the documentation and corporate compliance space. 

This is a very exciting merger as the Reckon Docs and NowInfinity platforms are very well aligned. There is a very strong fit with Class not only culturally, but also in the products and solutions offered.

What does this mean for me?

Can I still use the Reckon Docs platform?

The Reckon Docs platform was closed 30 June 2021 and is no longer available. Services from 1 July 2021 will be available via the NowInfinity platform.

What are the benefits to me as a Reckon client?

With Reckon Docs' and Class’ NowInfinity product offering and client base, you will now have access to a broader document suite and a more extensive corporate compliance product.  In addition, you have the flexibility to choose between the existing pay as you go (PAYG) offering or a fixed subscription which may better suit high volume users.

You will now have access to NowInfinity’s broader services platform, which includes:

  • 70+ documents in the documentation suite
  • Corporate Messenger to manage your companies
  • Extensive integrations with other partners including for digital signatures

In addition, you’ll benefit from being serviced by a large ASX listed company which invests heavily in technology, marketing and innovation.

Will there be pricing changes?

In the main, NowInfinity’s fees are generally lower than Reckon Docs, as well as offering a broader range of products. Whilst overall fees will most likely decrease, it will ultimately depend on what Reckon Docs products you currently use. Similar to Reckon Docs, NowInfinity offers legal templates you can purchase on an individual, pay as you go basis. No contract or ongoing obligation. You simply add your credit card details and select the template you wish to purchase. 

You may choose to enter into a new Subscription package which offers a suitable number of company registrations, documents and companies under management for a set monthly price which reflects the needs of your practice. Where is Class and NowInfinity support located?

Our Support Teams are all based locally to offer high levels of customer care.

The NowInfinity Support Team are based in Bundall, Queensland (Gold Coast). The Class Support Team are Sydney-based.
