I lodged a Business Name Registration/Renewal however have not made payment, how will I receive the invoice?
Payments for Business Name Registrations and Renewals are not made through NowInfinity. ASIC will issue the invoice.
For Business Name Registrations, the invoice will be issued via email, to the applicant's email listed on the application form.
For Business Name Renewals, the invoice will be issued via email, to the applicant's email listed on the original Business Name Registration application form. You will need to contact ASIC for confirmation of this email address.

Why can't I generate the ASIC invoice for a Business Name Registration via NowInfinity?
The original ASIC invoice needs to be issued by ASIC as it has unique payment details.
ASIC generates different payment details for each business name registration with a unique reference number, therefore we are unable to process the payment or generate a payslip.
Unlike the company registration which uses Electronic Company Registration (ECR) and can be enrolled for auto debit, business name registration payments cannot be transmitted via ECR.
