How to clear the error "Invalid Signature Credentials"


I have sent a document for electronic signing, and when the 'View Documents Online' button is opened to view the envelope, the error 'Invalid Signature Credentials' is received. How can I clear this error?


When this error is received, you will need to contact DocuSign Support and ask to have the requirement for 'In Session Signing Certificate' turned off.
