Why dates on the Company Constitution and Member Resolutions require manual entry

Why is the date required to be entered manually in the Company Constitution and the Member Resolutions?

The date at the top of the Member Resolution and first page of the Constitution documents, should be the date the last member signs their part of the document.

Since there is no guarantee all members will electronically sign the document, i.e a member may "wet sign" (manually sign), the population of this date is not added automatically by NowInfinity.

The date needs to be manually added, once everyone has signed.

Note: The resolution is passed when the last member signs, whether it is dated at the top or not.
