Step 1: Navigate to the Annual Statements page.
Step 2: Check if there is a debt amount in the debt column in the Annual Statement page. If there is a debt, proceed to Step 4. If no debt, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Go to the Companies page and open the company profile. Once you are inside the company profile, in the ASIC forms go to Agent Services and choose RA63.
Lodgement of this form may take up to 2-3 minutes (depending on how fast ASIC will respond to our request).
Once the debt is visible in the debt column in the Annual Statement page, proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: If the Annual Statement was sent via E-signing, void the envelope and resend it.
If the Annual Statement was sent via the E-mail option, resend the annual statement to the same recipient.
