We have made an important update to improve the reliability of your ASIC form lodgements. For the bulk of June, we have temporarily turned off the nightly RA71 job.
What This Means for You
The automated process that updates company information in each profile will be paused. Importantly, the automated profile refresh following successful lodgement of an ASIC Form will not be impacted. To ensure your company information is up to date, you may manually refresh the company profile at any time.
Why This Change and How We’re Supporting You
ASIC has informed us that their services are experiencing slowdowns due to significant load on their systems. To support ASIC and alleviate this load, we are reducing the frequency of RA71 requests.
As one of the largest Digital Service Providers (DSP) using ASIC's EDGE services, we play a material role in the overall demand on their systems. By reducing the RA71 requests, we can assist to alleviating the load on ASIC’s systems so that priority forms can lodge in a timely manner.
